Homemade mayonnaise. It somehow impresses people if you make your own, but I think those are the people that don't know how easy it is. This makes a bit more than one cup:
1 egg
splash lemon juice
dash salt
1 cup oil -- you can use vegetable oil or olive oil (I like olive oil)

Above: put the egg, salt, and lemon juice in the Cuisinart and process.
Add the oil in a stream until you have...mayonnaise! It's the world's best mayonnaise. So fresh and so light.

To make tartar sauce, just add in some dill, a little pickle (this is all to your liking!). Terrific:
